Job Description
Maintenance Technician – Make-Readies & General Maintenance
This role is primarily focused on completing apartment make-readies (unit turns) and supporting general maintenance across our Metro East - St. Louis-area properties.
Responsibilities:
Complete apartment make-readies from start to finish.
Perform general repairs including minor carpentry, painting, fixture replacement, drywall, and hardware installation.
Complete basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, disposals, supply lines).
Perform minor electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches).
Ensure units are fully functional, clean, and move-in ready.
Respond to work orders and document work through digital systems.
Maintain organized and safe maintenance areas.

Requirements
2–3 years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience.
Strong make-ready / unit turn experience required.
Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
Trade experience in plumbing or electrical preferred.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varied conditions.
Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting tools.
