Job Description:

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ventilation systems.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Conducting preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.

• Installing new HVAC equipment and components as needed.

• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.

• Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and industry regulations.

• Collaborating with team members to address HVAC-related issues and uphold the company's quality standards.

• Providing excellent customer service to residents by addressing their HVAC concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.

• Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Physical capability to perform tasks that may require lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying weather conditions.
