Job Description:
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ventilation systems.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Conducting preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.
Installing new HVAC equipment and components as needed.
Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and industry regulations.
Collaborating with team members to address HVAC-related issues and uphold the company's quality standards.
Providing excellent customer service to residents by addressing their HVAC concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Physical capability to perform tasks that may require lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying weather conditions.
