Lead Great Teams. Build Great Communities.KH Properties is seeking experienced Site Superintendents who take pride in their work, know how to lead construction teams, and want the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
This is a leadership position, not a working-foreman role.
We're looking for construction professionals who can organize people, coordinate multiple trades, develop Crew Leads, uphold high-quality standards, and take ownership of successful project execution. You'll lead your own team, make meaningful decisions, and build a long-term career with a company that continues to grow.
About KH PropertiesKH Properties is a founder-led multifamily real estate owner, operator, and renovation company with a 24-year track record of acquiring, revitalizing, and long-term owning apartment communities throughout the Midwest and Southeastern United States.
We specialize in workforce housing, serving hardworking families by delivering strong value, quality housing, and communities we can be proud of. Today, KH owns and operates approximately 3,000 apartment units and continues to grow intentionally.
Unlike many construction organizations, our work is not transactional. We own what we build. That means decisions are made with a long-term ownership mindset focused on quality, durability, resident experience, disciplined execution, and lasting value.
Current Opportunities & Travel ExpectationsWe are hiring three Site Superintendents for our renovation pipeline.
Training: New Superintendents train alongside our established construction team in Jackson, Mississippi, typically for two to three months, before taking independent responsibility for a project.
First assignment: Lead a KH construction team and project in Little Rock, Arkansas, or the greater St. Louis area, including southwestern Illinois.
Project length: Our projects generally last one to three years.
Future assignments: As projects are completed, Superintendents may relocate to new KH properties throughout the Midwest and Southeastern United States.
Willingness to relocate between projects is required. This is not a position involving constant weekly travel; Superintendents are generally based at their assigned project for an extended period. KH offers relocation assistance, temporary housing, and other appropriate support to help employees transition between assignments.
