We are a fast-growing jewelry brand looking for an exceptional PT Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. This is not your typical admin role, this is for someone who thrives in a dynamic, design-driven environment and wants to be at the center of it all.
You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving seamlessly while also stepping into the creative energy of the brand from meetings to photoshoots to events. No two days look the same, and that’s exactly the point.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep leadership organized, on schedule, and always be one step ahead
- Manage calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities with ease
- Sit in on meetings, capture key takeaways, and ensure follow-through and execution
- Coordinate travel (domestic international) with thoughtful attention to detail
- Track expenses and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes
- Maintain a beautiful, calm, and inspiring office environment:
- Order and manage supplies
- Keep the space organized, elevated, and welcoming
- Care for the details plants, atmosphere, and overall vibe
- Jump into brand moments and creative projects:
- Assist on photoshoots and at events
- Help pull styling pieces and support on set
- Be the go-to person who steps in wherever needed

Role Details:
- This is a part-time, in-person role based in Chicago
- You will work closely alongside the founder and exec team in a collaborative office environment, with a strong emphasis on presence, communication, and day-to-day partnership

- Calendars, meetings, and priorities are running smoothly with minimal oversight
- You’re anticipating needs before they’re expressed and proactively solving problems

- Travel planning and expense tracking are organized and stress-free
