Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Hardwood Floor Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with installing, repairing, refinishing, and restoring hardwood floors. You’ll help transform floors through hands-on work, prep, cleanup, and support tasks that make each project run smoothly. Duties
- Assist with installing, repairing, refinishing, and restoring hardwood floors.
- Handle jobsite prep including demo, floor prep, leveling, and basic repairs.
- Sand, buff, clean, and apply finishes under supervision.
- Help with subfloor work including minor leveling, patching, and prep.
- Perform basic carpentry support work such as trim removal/installation, caulking, and small repairs.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
- Keep the jobsite clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Follow instructions, work efficiently, and support the lead installer/refinisher on every project.
Experience
- Experience in hardwood flooring or refinishing is a plus, but we will train the right person.
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools.
- Ability to lift materials, move equipment, and handle physical labor.
- Experience with sanding, buffing, or floor care is helpful but not required.
- A background in general labor, construction, or restoration is beneficial.
- Must be dependable, willing to learn, and able to follow direction on active jobsites.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
