Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented personal injury Case Manager to support our litigation team. This role is critical in managing client relationships, coordinating medical records and billing, and ensuring cases move efficiently from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:· Order, track, and organize medical records and billing from providers
· Maintain accurate case files and document management systems
· Communicate regularly with clients regarding treatment status and case updates
· Coordinate with medical providers regarding balances, liens, and records
· Assist attorneys with case development and demand preparation
· Monitor case deadlines and follow up on outstanding items
· Work with internal team members to ensure cases are progressing efficiently
· 2 years of personal injury case management experience preferred
· Strong understanding of medical records, billing, and lien resolution
· Excellent communication and client service skills
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously
· Experience with case management software (e.g., CloudLex) is a plus
· Conversational fluency in Spanish preferred
