Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of construction superintendent experience.
- 5 years of hands-on construction trade experience.
- Hospital / healthcare construction experience.
- MEP coordination experience on commercial projects.
- Experience implementing hospital construction containment / ICRA controls.
- Blueprint reading proficiency: can interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and
- Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing system in Commercial & Healthcare
- Containment proficiency: understands ICRA expectations and can set up/maintain barriers,
- Ability to plan and execute shutdowns/tie-ins and coordinate with hospital stakeholders (infection
- Ability to identify scope gaps/conflicts, drive field resolutions, and route change-order requests
- Frequent activity: standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching above the shoulder, pushing,

- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required to meet project milestones
