Responsibilities:

- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently

- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments regarding room status and guest requests
- Monitor lobby and front desk areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications:
