Position Summary
The Director of Community Engagement leads promotional initiatives for KHCB Media Group. This strategic role cultivates ministry partnerships, coordinates community engagement efforts, and develops promotional campaigns that expand KHCB's reach and impact. Working Monday through Friday with flexibility for evening and weekend community events, this director serves as KHCB's primary liaison to churches, parachurch organizations, and community partners throughout the Greater Houston area, ensuring the station remains connected to and engaged with the communities it serves.
