Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in the Greater Fayetteville, AR Area. The Account Executive will prospect and develop new advertising clients, build and manage relationships with local and regional businesses, and create multi-platform advertising solutions that align with client objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing advertising contracts, and coordinating campaign details with internal teams. The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, providing ongoing client support, and staying informed about station programming, market trends, and competitor activity. The Account Executive will be expected to meet or exceed revenue goals while representing KHBS/KHOG 40/29 & THE ARKANSAS CW in the community in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications
- Experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business-to-business sales, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiating contracts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Ability to create effective advertising solutions, including understanding of broadcast, digital, and social media platforms.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and standard office software to track activity, prepare proposals, and report results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in local television, digital media, or marketing in the Greater Fayetteville, AR Area or similar markets is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and community events.
