Required Skills
- Strong experience with Core Java and object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with Java 8/11/17 features
- Strong understanding of collections, multithreading, concurrency, and memory management
- Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
- Experience with vector databases
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Experience with API integration and orchestration frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Jenkins
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java technologies.
- Build AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, execution, and decision-making.
- Develop multi-agent workflows to automate business processes and complex tasks.
- Integrate large language models into enterprise applications using APIs and orchestration frameworks.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI responses.
- Design and optimize prompts to enhance model performance and output quality.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Work with vector databases to store and retrieve embeddings efficiently.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal and external applications.
- Monitor application performance and optimize system scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement appropriate solutions.
