Hotel Night Auditor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing guest relations, performing night audits, and maintaining accurate financial records while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and assist with the reconciliation of accounts.
• Maintain security protocols for the hotel during overnight hours.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Skills

• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with night audit processes and financial reporting.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during late-night hours while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
