Khalo Naser is currently hiring a Server / Bartender (Dual Role).
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual who is capable of performing both serving and bartending responsibilities within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in both serving and bartending
- Valid Food Handler required
- Valid OLCC Server Permit required
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, including classic cocktails, beer, and wine service
- Ability to manage multiple tables while preparing and serving drinks efficiently
- Proficient in POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills and reliability
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a welcoming, friendly presence with guests
- Open availability Tuesday through Sunday
Position Details:
- Part-time to start
- Paid hourly tips
- Schedule and hours will be determined based on performance and business needs
- We are looking for someone seeking a long-term position, not a temporary role ideally a candidate interested in growing with us for years
