Supervisor

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties: At the direction of the Project Manager, the supervisor will serve as primary representative; manage contract-related matters, notices, deliverables, and daily operations to include (but not limited to): Oversee building maintenance, ensure uninterrupted service, and liaise with Contracting Officer Implement Quality Control Program and ensure legal compliance Supervise staffing, subcontracting, and Building Operating Plan Administer NCMMS and oversee energy/water efficiency programs Supervise safety, environmental compliance, and system maintenance Coordinate additional services and prepare required reports Ensure staff training and certification; manage emergency response Coordinate with contractors and Government personnel Implement sustainable practices, pest management, and waste programs Oversee special maintenance including snow removal and grounds maintenance Supervise hazardous materials handling and fire protection systems Complete IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees Maintain architectural and structural systems Maintain active system file and Government access account for NCMMS usage Required Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of Operations & Maintenance/Facilities Management experience, with at least 2 years in a project management/supervisory role Experience must include operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for buildings of similar size, complexity, and characteristics Minimum Education: High School Diploma Minimum Experience: 2 Years as a Supervisor of trades staff Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy The company is an equal opportunity employer.
