Working Hours Options :
- 1) Sunday to Thursday*
- 2) Saturday to Wednesday*
- Monday to Thursday : 3 : 30 p.m. to 12 a.m.*
- Saturday, Sunday : 12 : 30 p.m. to 9 p.m.*
- No morning shifts
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Work closely with our quality control team to ensure opinions and data are collected in a neutral and unbiased manner
- Adhere to the staffing schedule
Qualifications :
- One or more years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of computers,
- Excellent English communication skills, able to articulate pronunciations of difficult words
