KGM property Services, is a growing Landscape company providing Lawn maintenance, landscape projects , planting services. We are looking for employees who are excited about and love working outdoors.
We are hiring a Full time maintenance crew member and Forman in Rhode Island as a member of our crew This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes to get their hands dirty and enjoys working outdoors. Must be a Maintenance service requires taking meticulous care of lawn and garden spaces as well as a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities include
- Supervise and lead a crew of 2–5 team members on daily routes
- Perform and oversee routine maintenance services including:
- lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming and edging)
-Planting and maintaining flowers shrubs and trees
-shrub trimming and hand pruning
-Mulching and fertilizing
-spring and fall cleanups
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety
- Communicate with customers professionally on-site when needed
- Complete daily job reports and track work completed
- Ensure truck, trailer, and equipment are clean and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
