What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Foreperson position at KGM Contractors Inc?
Minimum 5 years experience in supervision, operations, performing of concrete work. Must be self motivated. Experienced Installation of sidewalks, curb & gutter, concrete paving, and slab work. Ability to read and interpret plans, Knowledge of or trainable in inputting time and data into IPad. Work well with others, ability to train employees, work with inspectors, keep track of daily production and materials. Understanding of cold weather protection for concrete materials, good housekeeping of job site, work safely and ensure safety of crew and general public. ACI/ADA certified, good driving record, Class A license and MSHA certification. Ability to ensure quality projects.
Duties: Project Management, Scheduling, communicating effectively with others, conducting progress meetings and building positive work relationships.
