Responsibilities

- Support scheduled projects or special events by providing labor assistance as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures during all activities to ensure a secure work environment.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding task completion and any issues encountered.
- Assist with cleanup, setup, or other logistical activities to facilitate daily operations.
- Complete any required documentation or reports related to the tasks performed during on-call shifts.
Experience
- Prior experience in general labor, warehouse work, construction, or similar roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities on short notice.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Reliable transportation and availability to respond promptly when called upon for scheduled or emergency support.
