Responsibilities
- Ability to meet production schedule/due dates
- Ability to maintain regular, reliable attendance
- Keen attention to detail is required
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and be able to lift 100 lbs. regularly
- Training or exposure to sandblast/paint equipment
- Motivation with a "get it done right the first time" mind set
- Ability to maintain a neat and orderly work area
Requirements
- Prior experience with manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in operating shop equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators or other precision measuring instruments
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining and fabrication tasks
- Ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools, tooling setups, and machinery in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with a focus on teamwork and safety compliance
