About the Company:
KG Landscape Management is an established snow removal, landscape design/build, and lawn care company located in Blaine, MN. We are looking for dependable, detail oriented snow plow drivers to fill our open positions. We provide snow removal at numerous sites all around the Twin Cities area. We staff 30 landscaping employees April 1 through November 15 and give preference to our winter employees for open landscaping positions, so there is plenty of opportunity for full time work in the spring, summer, and fall. We are an honest and growing company looking for hardworking people that care about providing great service.
About the Job:
Most of our commercial and residential snow removal routes are 8-12 hours long and may begin anytime during the day, but most often begin in the evening and run overnight. Snow removal drivers are given a tablet to use during events with detailed maps, instructions for each site, and a clear route plan. Our Snow removal routes are on call 24/7 when it snows. Text updates are sent out roughly 24, and 12 hours prior to snow events to let everyone know what the game plan is.

Responsibilities of a Snow Plow Driver/Operator:
- On-call position, 24/7 when it snows. November- March
- Work 8-12 hour long shift that may begin anytime during the day, but most often begin in the evening and run overnight
- Plow snow and snow blow sidewalks (some small sites) according to color coded cloud based maps.
Requirements of a Snow Plow Driver:
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to show up on time 24/7 when it snows
- Ability to work hard
- State-issued driver’s license with clean driving record
- Cell phone
- Reliable transportation to our shop in Blaine

- No nonsense, this position is paid every two weeks, with all W-2 employees meeting at our shop and using our plow trucks and equipment.
- Employees are paid while driving to sites, while working on site, and back from job sites.

Salary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
