We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of our growth, build a sales engine, and help scale a 30 year-long company to the next level.

Responsibilities
You will take full ownership of:
• Driving new revenue growth
• Building and managing a sales team
• Creating and executing marketing strategies
• Positioning KGFS to wind large commercial contracts (40K -1M sf ft)
This is a hands-on leadership role—you will both sell and lead.
Qualifications (Required)
• Proven track record closing large commercial deals
• Experience building or managing a sales team
• Strong ability to generate your own pipeline
• Confident communicator who can lead and influence
• High level of accountability and ownership mentality
• Ability to think strategically AND execute aggressively
Qualifications (Preferred)
• Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, or B2B services
• History of growing revenue significantly in past roles
• Strong network with property managers/facility decision makers
• Experience implementing sales systems and processes
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive Base Salary: $90K – $120K depending on experience
• Base bonus achieving company sales goals
