Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector. This role is responsible for ensuring quality standards are consistently met across multiple locations, maintaining clear communication with customers, and monitoring field staff to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day cleaning operations and staff across multiple locations.
Conduct daily quality assurance inspections to ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
Communicate with customers and respond to operational emails in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with field supervisors to address and resolve cleaning issues.
Perform inspections to verify the completion and quality of pressure washing services.
Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections.
Handle field issues professionally and de-escalate situations when necessary.
Qualifications
Experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations management.
Experience working with and overseeing staff.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required — must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both languages.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record.

$23/hr.
