KG D Architects is seeking Senior Architect Staff to join our collaborative team of professionals and lead projects through all phases of design and implementation. Anticipated Responsibilities Include:
· Technical leader with primary responsibility for delivery of technical documents
· Collaborating with Project Architects and Principals for technical approach
· Sharing knowledge and expertise with less experienced team members
· Ensure consistently high level of quality, coordination, and accuracy within the construction documents
· Coordinate directly with consulting engineers and specialists
· Ensure code compliance of design within all technical documentation
· Support the Construction Administration staff with construction phase services, to include review of technical submittals, responses to RFI, and issuance of supplemental information.
· Professional development to strengthen production capabilities and technical understanding of building system applications
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
· Passion for architectural documentation and technical building solutions!
· Strong work ethic
· Ability to positively contribute within a team environment
· 10 years of professional experience.
· Experience with educational or commercial projects.
· Proficiency working in Revit.
· Technical expertise in various building system applications
· Knowledge of specifications
· Strong experience in technical documentation
The salary for this position generally ranges between $95,000 and $130,000, annually, and shall be commensurate with candidate qualifications and experience.
