Sales & Customer Service Coordinator (Hyundai / Kia Account) – Auburn, AL
Korea Fuel Tech America (KFTA) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to support our production and logistics operations for Hyundai and Kia customers. The main responsibilities include receiving customer orders through the EDI system, preparing and applying shipping labels on finished product boxes, and coordinating with forklift and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment. Forklift loading will be handled by a separate team, but this position will be responsible for managing the process flow and communication between departments.
The ideal candidate will also serve as a communication bridge with Hyundai and Kia, handling customer inquiries, order adjustments, and delivery schedule requests in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders through EDI
- Prepare and apply shipping labels for finished goods
- Create and manage daily & weekly delivery plans
- Coordinate shipment timing with logistics and forklift teams
- Communicate with Hyundai / Kia in English regarding order and delivery issues
- Maintain accurate shipment and order records
- Support daily shipping documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook; EDI experience preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or customer service is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Bachelor’s degree (any major considered)
- Entry-Level (Recent Graduates Welcome)
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday (7am ~ 5pm)
- Day shift (typical office hours)
- Occasional communication with customers outside standard hours may be required
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site (Auburn, AL)
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience
