Vendor Management Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ. Duties Include:

• Maintain and update vendor master data in SAP and the vendor management platform
• Serve as the primary vendor contact for profile updates, onboarding, and support
• Route vendor exceptions to appropriate management for approval
• Collaborate with procurement, site operations, and accounts payable to validate vendor information
• Develop functional scorecards and ensure standardized execution across the organization
• Recommend and implement improvements to vendor creation and master data processes
• Create and track vendor KPI's with internal teams and stakeholders
• Perform data analysis to resolve inconsistencies, missing information, and validation issues in vendor profiles
• Support onboarding of vendors into 3rd-party systems and provide clear instruction during the onboarding process
• Assist with special projects and process-improvement initiatives as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain
• 2 years of master data management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Nice To Have's:

• Bachelor's degree
• SAP experience (strongly preferred)
• Background in AP processing
• Strong ability to provide clear instructions and vendor guidance
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
