Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Writer in Boston, MA. Summary: We are seeking a Technical Writer to develop and maintain clear, compliant end-user documentation for medical devices. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with FDA and ISO requirements. Responsibilities:

- Author and update IFUs, user manuals, package inserts, and quick reference guides
- Technical Writer will develop structured, reusable content using MadCap Flare
- Ensure labeling documentation meets regulatory and quality standards
- Support design control activities and document changes through change control
- As a Technical Writer, you will collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field
- 3-5 years of technical writing experience in the medical device or life sciences industry
- Strong experience with MadCap Flare and structured documentation
- Familiarity with QMS environments and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
