Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Sales Support in Minneapolis, MN. Summary: The Sales Support Specialist provides support to the Relationship Manager and BDO through tracking and analytics of pipeline and closed deal. You will partner with Relationship Managers and BDOs to ensure all new incoming transactions are logged in CRM, the specifics are completed and updated for projects after the closing and reports are produced for the business to identify the parties that have recently closed transactions with Business Escrow Service as means of providing a follow up report for the BDO team. Additional responsibilities may include tracking of prospects, updating CRM records with new addresses, or email addresses, records, contacts, sales initiatives, or producing weekly reports for the sales team and BES Management. You may also be asked to coordinate analysis through Pitchbook or other demographic tools to assist in research for customers, deal pipeline potential or other sales related activities including coordination of client gifts of assisting with client event set up logistics. - Support management and team with pipeline and prospect management within CRM
- Provides excellent quality in managing CRM records related to our customers
- Works alongside marketing in producing customized customer reports
- Adheres to compliance, security, state and Federal regulations, bank policies, procedures, and goals
- Provides analysis of closed deals each week to create a follow up report for sales and relationship management team
- Owns the CRM process and quality of entry; Will be seen as the CRM expert and manages the inputs and outputs from and to CRM for the business
- May work directly with the relationship managers or BDOs to gather additional details related to a closing to ensure the quality of pipeline or follow-up reports are conducive to quality follow-up programs
- High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 2 years of related experience or similar field
- CRM expert
- Expert excel proficiency
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities
- Entry level to intermediate customer service experience
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
