- Plan and Coordinate: You will own the release lifecycle-from scheduling to delivery-ensuring seamless execution across the board
- Lead with Precision: Guide teams through complex deployments, overseeing processes with minimal disruption to production
- Drive Cross-Team Collaboration: Be the glue between development, operations, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout every release
- Mitigate Risk: Proactively identify potential deployment issues before they impact the business
- Keep Everyone in the Loop: Act as the go-to communicator for all release-related updates, roadblocks, and success stories
- Comfortable with Git branching and merging-even if it wasn't a daily task in your last role
- Previous hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins; Ability to quickly ramp up with others
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, particularly in release coordination and team collaboration
