Home Loan Specialist Location: Tampa, FL Job Type: Contract Compensation: $26 - 27 Hourly JobID: 2173436-TND Description Kforce has a client that is seeking a Home Loan Specialist in Tampa, FL. Summary: The Home Loan Specialist III is a skilled role supporting various Channels within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. The Home Loan Specialist will: Perform complex data and document validation Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions Complete appraisal eligibility tasks Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Requirements Associate's degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of relevant work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Mortgage industry experience required The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
