Description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator in Houston, TX. Job Functions: Fulfill administrative tasks related to:
Building website landing pages
Developing and implementing marketing acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft, Bing Ads, and META (Facebook)
Take direction and action on tasks required to coordinate cross-functional team projects, including outside marketing agencies; These include:
Scheduling meetings
Capturing meeting notes
Sending emails to give direction and/or follow up on tasks, as requested by Director Marketing
Creating and managing project plans
Escalating issues that are blockers
Managing workflow processes that are -analog- meaning they live outside of an official workflow or project management application
Coding Invoices and managing Marketing Expense Budget
Completing Credit Card Expense Reports for Director Marketing
Requirements
3 - 5 years of work experience in a corporate environment
3-5 years of experience working in digital marketing (preferred); Disciplines include but are not limited to:
Website Publishing and Content Management Systems
Basic SEO understanding
Google Ads
Google Analytics
META Ads
Understanding of basic digital marketing principles
Demonstrated track record of using good judgment
Ability to work and thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
Fast learner
Ability to navigate ambiguity by asking the right questions
Organized
Detail-oriented
Understanding of basic accounting practices (preferred)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
