Duties:
- Lead the finance team, including Senior Accountants and a Manager
- Oversee financial reporting, GAAP analysis, and audit processes
- Direct hands-on involvement in financial operations, not just supervision
- Support multi-entity accounting and upcoming HRIS implementation
- Manage month-end financial closing ledgers
- Handling customer credit reference request
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years of Managerial experience in a finance/accounting leadership role
- Public accounting background
- Strong experience with GAAP financial reporting and working with auditors
- Ideally construction industry exposure
- Proven ability to manage multi-entity accounts
- Masters or CPA preferred
- Workday (HRIS) experience preferred
