Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Client Service Associate in Dallas, TX. Roles and Responsibilities: Client Onboarding & Account Management:

  • Support Investor Relations in onboarding new clients and maintaining investor databases
  • Assist clients with required documentation and account updates (e.g., name/address changes, transfers, gifting interests)
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records

Client Communication & Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding documents, wires, transfers, statements, and research
  • Communicate regularly with clients about financial statements, capital calls, distributions, quarterly updates, and tax documents
  • Respond promptly to calls and emails, coordinating with internal teams for resolution

Operational Coordination

  • Manage investor subscriptions and transfers
  • Act as liaison between legal, AML, tax teams, and fund administrators to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare and distribute client, regulatory, and shareholder reports
  • Assist with investor communications and quarterly updates

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to deliver exceptional client service

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or 2-4 years of experience in financial services
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with financial/marketing databases; Knowledge of eFront suite preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Client-focused with excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
