RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Systems Analyst in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and structure requirements using traditional and AI-assisted techniques
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, data mappings, and workflow logic
* Use SQL/PL/SQL to profile data, validate assumptions, investigate issues, and support data quality efforts
* Apply AI/LLM tools to accelerate analysis, draft documentation and test cases, summarize complex content, and support rapid prototyping
* Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards
* Participate in system testing, data validation, and defect triage, including AI-assisted testing where appropriate
* Produce clear, concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
* Communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies effectively while supporting continuous process improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong SQL/PL/SQL skills for data profiling, aggregation, and troubleshooting
* Ability to understand and model business processes, data flows, and system interactions
* Experience using AI/LLM tools for analysis, summarization, documentation, and prototyping
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
* Clear communicator who can translate between business and technical teams
* Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and deliver quickly in fast-paced environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
