RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Solutions Architect.
Responsibilities:
* Define scalable solution paths aligned to business outcomes, technology strategy, and enterprise architecture
* Create architecture artifacts, roadmaps, decision tools, design principles, and technical guidance
* Partner with engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and IT leaders to shape solution delivery
* Provide architectural stewardship across applications, cloud platforms, integrations, and technology domains
* Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical, value-driven adoption strategies
* Support engineering practice maturity, solution design standards, and delivery best practices
* Analyze solution economics, total cost of ownership, risk, sustainability, and long-term scalability
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
* 5 years of relevant IT, software engineering, or architecture experience
* 2 years of professional experience in a lead solution architecture role
* Experience with cloud technologies, cloud application design, modern architectures, and application design principles
* Strong knowledge of systems thinking, integration patterns, legacy modernization, and enterprise solution design
* Familiarity with Agile, Lean, DevOps, IT operations, technology protocols, and architecture standards
* Excellent analytical, communication, planning, decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
