RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst in Princeton, NJ.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and process improvement opportunities
* Translate complex business processes into clear user stories, functional requirements, workflows, and technical specifications
* Collaborate with development teams, solution providers, and integration partners to align business and technical requirements
* Support the design, testing, validation, and deployment of AI-powered and automation solutions
* Define AI use cases, business rules, workflows, and measures of solution effectiveness
* Review AI outputs and recommend improvements to prompts, workflows, and decision logic
* Document API requirements, integrations, data flows, authentication methods, and system dependencies
* Review JSON payloads and data structures to support application and system integrations
* Assist with integration troubleshooting, system testing, defect management, and user acceptance testing
* Partner with project managers, developers, and subject matter experts throughout the delivery lifecycle
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, release planning, and production deployment activities
* Maintain project, requirements, and change management documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 years of professional experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry
* Experience with CRM, workflow, or business process management platforms
* Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and functional documentation
* Exposure to Generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, or similar emerging technologies
* Knowledge of P&C underwriting processes, rules engines, and policy lifecycle management
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Understanding of REST APIs, web services, integrations, JSON, and API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger
* Understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering concepts, and AI use-case development
* Familiarity with responsible AI practices, data privacy, and governance principles
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret basic code and data structures; Familiarity with Python, Java, or JavaScript is beneficial
* Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and manage multiple priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
