Senior Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst in West Des Moines, IA.

Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Systems Analyst to drive enterprise-level data governance initiatives across complex, multi-platform projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating trusted, high-quality data environments and influencing cultural change around data management.

Duties:
* Lead Data Governance Practices: Implement and champion governance standards across data engineering teams to ensure consistency and adoption
* Promote Enterprise Data Concepts: Drive adoption of data product principles, including domain ownership, data contracts, and service-level expectations
* Establish Metadata & Master Data Standards: Define and implement solutions for data cataloging, metadata management, and master data management
* Improve Data Quality: Develop and monitor enterprise data quality standards, including validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes; Define metrics and reporting
* Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business units and IT to deliver trusted, high-quality data for analytics, integrations, and other use cases
* Mentor & Influence: Embed best practices for data governance and management, and guide teams to increase data literacy and stewardship

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
