This person will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams involving:

* Supply Chain
* Delivery Operations
* Customer Sales Processes
* Financial Systems
* Technology Platforms
* Engineering Teams
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership & Execution
* Requirements Management
* Project Lifecycle Management
* Stakeholder Management
* Testing & Delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
Project Management Fundamentals:
* Senior-level Project Manager experience
* Risk management experience
* Requirements management experience
* Proven ability to organize complex environments
* Strong project planning skills
* Exceptional verbal communication and strong written communication
* Ability to influence stakeholders
* Ability to translate business objectives into project execution plans
* Documentation: Requirements documentation; Project documentation; Process documentation; Executive updates; Traceability and follow-through; Retail experience
* Supply Chain Experience: Distribution operations; Fulfillment processes; Logistics workflows; Inventory management
* Strong Jira experience; Jira Align experience preferred (Standard Jira experience acceptable)
* Confluence: Heavy Confluence usage required
* Excel: Advanced Excel skills required; Team primarily manages work through Excel
Ability to:
* Walk into a complex environment and quickly connect the dots
* Understand organizational structures and stakeholder relationships
* Identify project status and business objectives rapidly
* Bring order to disorder
* Establish accountability across teams
* Drive execution without excessive oversight
* Operate as a self-starter and go-getter
* Navigate ambiguity effectively
* Improve project discipline and documentation standards
This person should be comfortable working within an organization where many stakeholders have historically operated independently and will need someone capable of aligning teams, driving consistency, and ensuring successful execution.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
