RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a Senior Post Market Data Analyst.

Summary:
This role supports strategic and tactical data-driven decision-making by analyzing, managing, and reporting post-market surveillance data. The Senior Post Market Data Analyst will lead and support post-market projects, applying a structured approach to planning, execution, and tracking deliverables from start to finish. This individual partners with Global Product Monitoring leadership and cross-functional teams to address safety, quality, and compliance questions, leveraging data to drive insights, actions, and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
* Analyze, maintain, and cleanse data from multiple sources (including TrackWise), developing reporting tools, and tracking performance and productivity
* Support compliance activities by assessing needs for new or revised procedures, driving corrective actions, and supporting high-impact requests for additional information related to vigilance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to acquire and prepare data through ingestion, cleanup, and preprocessing
* Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards to enable actionable insights
* Optimize data collection and reporting processes across multiple systems
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports; Perform detailed data analysis
* Deliver routine and ad hoc reports to support operational initiatives
* Communicate analytical findings to leadership
* Support annual product reviews and related regulatory deliverables (e.g., PSURs, CSRs, PMCF reports)
* Support patient safety review meetings through data analysis and action tracking
* Track project performance against goals and timelines
* Prepare and deliver status updates to stakeholders
* Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
* Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and corporate standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in post-market surveillance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, data analysis/analytics or data reporting, and/or project management in the medical device and/or life sciences industry
* Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, report creation, and sharing insights
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
* Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally
* Ability to foster teamwork, to work cooperatively and effectively with team members and to influence without authority
* Positive, results driven, rational, logical, team player
* Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment
* Ability to accurately execute multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with high attention to detail and drive for getting results
* Ability to work independently and on multiple projects against deadlines
* Flexibility to move between routine operational and project tasks quickly and seamlessly
* Working knowledge of MS Office products, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and project management software
* Ability to understand medical/clinical and technical aspects of product
* Knowledgeable of Medical Device Regulations

Preferred Skills and Competencies:
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Familiarity with Spotfire
* Excellent writing skills
* Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
* Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
* Proficiency with Medical Device regulations, particularly as they relate to post-market surveillance, vigilance, complaint handling, and risk management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
