RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a senior Salesforce Platform Leader (7 years) to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our clients in Saint Louis, MO.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Salesforce certification
* 7 years Salesforce experience (architecture admin hands-on)
* Led or co-led a greenfield or major Salesforce implementation
* Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (required)
* Experience with Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
* Proven experience managing System Integrators/consulting partners
* Hands-on with Flows, security model, data model, reporting, automation
* Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems
* Strong communication skills; comfortable with executive stakeholders
Strongly Preferred Skills:
* Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or field service
* Experience with NetSuite, Dynamics GP, or similar ERP systems
* Experience with iPaaS tools: Workato, SmartConnect, or similar
* Experience with data governance, reporting, and sales enablement
* Experience in Food and Beverage industry
* Exposure to CPQ, Field Service, or analytics tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
