RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Architect/Developer. The location is Phoenix, AZ (hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Candidates must be located in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this search assignment.
Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect who combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise. In this hybrid role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that drive business impact. You will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to shape our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem-owning the roadmap, guiding development, and bringing bold ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
* Define and drive Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring scalability and security
* Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and related tools
* Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems for seamless, secure data flow
* Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements
* Lead all phases of the SDLC: design, coding, testing, deployment, and support
* Champion Agile practices and contribute to iterative delivery
* Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
* At least 5 -8 of Salesforce development experience with some of those years as an architect
* Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and best practices
* Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow
* Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Architect) preferred
* Experience in financial services or regulated industries a plus but not required
* Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud is a bonus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
