RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Remote Site Deployment Program Lead on a contract basis.
Summary:
The Remote Site Deployment Program Lead will be tasked with running the program management for the site deployment of global IT solutions, as well as assist the coordination with dedicated site business resources assigned to support deployments, as well as ensure that deployed solutions deliver measurable operational improvements and business value at each site.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
* Must have 10 years of experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, operations transformation, or enterprise system deployments
* Must have experience supporting the deployment of enterprise platforms
* Must be able to bridge the gap between technical implementation teams and operational site leadership
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication
* Must be able to problem solve and multi-task
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
