Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the delivery of cross-functional technology and business transformation projects. This role will drive project execution through effective planning, timeline management, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, and vendor oversight. The ideal candidate will excel at keeping projects on track, identifying and escalating risks early, and ensuring accountability across internal teams and external partners. Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve project delivery, reporting, and operational efficiency is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and implementation roadmaps
* Track project effort, budgets, and resource utilization against approved estimates
* Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and drive follow-through on action items
* Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and proactively address project obstacles
* Create project status reports, dashboards, executive updates, and stakeholder communications
* Coordinate third-party vendors and monitor deliverables, timelines, and performance
* Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, automate reporting, and improve risk identification
* Ensure compliance with enterprise data security, privacy, and confidentiality standards
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years of project coordination or project management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
* Experience tracking internal hours/effort against approved project budgets
* Experience managing technology, transformation, or cross-functional business projects
* Experience with project management tools, reporting, and vendor coordination
* Hands-on experience utilizing AI-enabled tools for documentation, reporting, or analysis
* Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
* Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and project management tools is a plus
* Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Planner
* Strong project planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to identify issues, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability
* Proven ability to build project plans, schedules, action logs, and RAID logs
Preferred:
* CAPM, CSM, PMP, or PMI-ACP certifications
* Experience supporting technology, cybersecurity, risk, audit, or cloud implementation projects
* Experience working within highly regulated environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
