RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Hoboken, NJ is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead B2B marketing strategy and help advance a growing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program. This role is ideal for a strategic marketing leader who has built scalable ABM and key-account frameworks, partnered closely with sales and senior leadership, and led teams delivering integrated campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and evolve ABM strategy across priority and strategic accounts
* Develop scalable frameworks for account tiering, governance, executive sponsorship, and account planning
* Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to align marketing programs with commercial priorities
* Oversee integrated campaigns, content, demand generation, executive engagement, and major industry events
* Evaluate and optimize ABM technology, CRM, analytics, and account-intelligence tools
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team
* Track KPIs and use customer, campaign, and market insights to improve engagement, pipeline influence, and account growth
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience building and executing B2B ABM strategies
* Hands-on experience designing a formal strategic/key account management model, including account tiering and governance
* Strong background leading B2B marketing strategy, teams, campaigns, and programs
* Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
* Strong communication, planning, analytical, and organizational skills
* Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, CRM tools, and funnel/attribution analytics is a plus
* Background in technology, SaaS, publishing, platforms, professional services, or other complex B2B environments preferred

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
