RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in San Francisco, CA is looking for a hybrid Marketing Automation Analyst.
Day to Day:
* Support the email program for the company
* Supports many financial products - Personal loan product is #1
* Handles campaign execution and journey execution for marketing team
* Day to day, work with product teams, data teams, engineering teams, and other business stakeholders to manage the end-to-end process
* Building email campaigns
* Taking assets, building from templates, executing campaigns
* Running list pulls
* Defining segmentation
* Applying personalization within the emails
* Pulling in data parameters
* Working QA
* Launching post campaign analysis across the entire portfolio
* Building Journeys, transactional triggers, push campaigns
REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on, technical experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
* Strong Journey Builder experience, including designing and executing complex multichannel journeys across Email, SMS, and Push
* End-to-end campaign management experience, including strategy, implementation, and execution
* Experience with Automation Studio, including journey triggers, trigger sends, and automations
* Strong audience management skills, including audience segmentation and SQL querying
* Ability to build email and SMS templates from scratch, not just modify existing templates
* Experience implementing dynamic content within SFMC
* Ability to write and edit AMPScript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
* Strong HTML coding skills for email development, including responsive and mobile-friendly builds
* Experience coding email templates for dark mode compatibility
Additional Notes:
* Ideally, this person has a strong technical foundation in SFMC (not just a marketing background) and has been directly responsible for building and troubleshooting journeys and automations in a production environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
