RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Spring, TX that is seeking a Manual QA Tester with a strong manual testing background who can support both desktop and cloud-based applications, while collaborating across multiple teams. This is a hybrid role which requires 2 days remote, 3 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
* Execute manual testing across desktop, web, and cloud-based applications
* Support automation testing using existing tools (TestComplete)
* Partner with development teams to identify defects and quality risks
* Work across multiple teams with different technical focuses
* Contribute to test planning and validation activities
Technical Environment:
* Desktop applications (primary focus)
* Web and cloud-based systems
* TestComplete for automation testing
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong manual QA background
* Experience testing desktop applications
* Working knowledge of test automation concepts
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to multiple systems
* Strong communicator
* Willingness to speak up and ask questions
* Problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
