RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking for a Specialist Revenue Accounting Systems in the Doral area. This role plays an important role delivering a high quality, perfectly functioning revenue accounting software and various components of the other applications that impact revenue accounting area.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing system maintenance and enhancements projects related to finance and revenue accounting functions, designing and executing user acceptance test plans, examining the revenue accounting systems for a presence of program defects and shortcomings and other user experience issues
* Works with IT, Decision Support, business users and any other departments as needed to support the development and implementation of new business practices
* Success in this role will be determined by the individual's ability to identify assigned project's scope, plan the required activities, execute the testing phase and produce quality test results, meet projects' timelines, perform the required post implementation activities and provide effective support to the business user
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field of study, or any combination of relevant background, skills and experience
* PMP preferred
* At least 3 years of experience in business/financial planning and analysis processes with a working knowledge in accounting principles
* Experience in project management on software development projects is a plus
* Solid analytical skills and high attention to detail, as well as to be proficient in test management software and processes
* Practical experience in testing of enterprise size financial applications is required
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and planning skills
* Able to multi-task, work independently and balance requests at peak workloads (or change gears quickly based on priorities) from various departments and upper management
* General knowledge of infrastructure requirements and components, SharePoint sites, and networks
* Strong command of Microsoft Office programs
* Experience working with Azure DevOps and/or alternative software development and testing tracking systems
* PLSQL queries knowledge
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
