RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Windsor, CT that is seeking a Lead Product Manager. This role will help drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration across development, UX/UI, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams. The Lead Product Manager will also provide leadership and mentorship within the team while helping drive the future direction of our software. This person must have prior experience as a leader or in a leadership role, as they will manage people in some capacity at some point.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of software product management experience
* Experience owning products throughout the full development lifecycle
* Strong Agile and engineering collaboration experience
* Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience mentoring product teams preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
