Summary:
We are seeking an experienced analytics professional to support data-driven customer marketing and personalization strategies. This role will use customer insights, segmentation, and exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities, improve digital marketing campaigns, and drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze customer, transactional, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data to identify segmentation and personalization opportunities
* Develop strategic audience recommendations for targeted email marketing campaigns
* Build and optimize custom audience segments to support marketing initiatives and business objectives
* Conduct exploratory analysis of large datasets using SQL, Excel, Power BI, Databricks, and/or Oracle
* Develop testing strategies and provide recommendations for A/B testing
* Analyze test results using statistical methods to identify trends, measure significance, and provide actionable insights
* Measure audience and campaign performance against established KPIs and success metrics
* Partner with CRM, Marketing, Data Science, and CDP teams to support audience development and segmentation strategies
* Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for business stakeholders
* Serve as an analytics and segmentation SME within a cross-functional Agile team
* Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required; Business, Finance, Analytics, or another quantitative discipline preferred
* 5 years of relevant professional experience
* Experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or marketing analytics strongly preferred
* Strong SQL skills with experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets
* Experience with Excel and Power BI
* Experience analyzing consumer behavior, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies
* Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing
* Email marketing experience preferred
* Travel, leisure, or hospitality industry experience preferred
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
