RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an IT Project Coordinator.
Who you are:
As an IT Project Coordinator, you are at the forefront of modernization and transformation in the IT space. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers, coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining clear communication between team members and stakeholders. Using your inquisitive skills, servant leadership mindset and passion for helping people, you will help keep the ball rolling on IT projects by working with the teams.
What you'll do:
* Assist in planning and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
* Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow
* Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
* Communicate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to provide project updates
* Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and task lists
* Track project performance, monitor risks, and provide solutions to potential issues
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
* Support procurement and logistics for project-related materials and resources
* Perform all other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree preferably with a major or minor in Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience
* Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
* Excellent oral and writing communications skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* A -can do- attitude
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
