Data Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Data Project Manager to lead and coordinate data-related initiatives across business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, experience with Snowflake, and a proven ability to bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end delivery of data projects within an Agile environment
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
* Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
* Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks
* Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
* Support data governance and quality initiatives as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in data-centric roles
* Strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices
* Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification
* Experience in financial services or regulated industries
* Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
